Tylenol Issues Recall on Pills

Tylenol has issued a recall on some products under their fold, including Simply Sleep due to reports of nausea. Apparently these over the counter drugs were contaminated with the chemical 2,4,6-tribromoanisole (TBA). Although the chemical has not been studied for health effects, there have not been any recorded serious medical events.

Some customers have complained of nausea which were traced to chemicals, found in shipping pallets, which gives off a nauseating odor.
