What is Semi-Somnia?

Insomnia is a familiar term to which people may have lack of sleep or have difficulty sleeping at times. For Britons, a new term called semi-somnia has been termed. They define semi-somnia as:
A term coined by leading sleep expert Dr Neil Stanley to describe persistent low-grade exhaustion due to poor sleep.
The definition alone can be associated with most people who have trouble sleeping. Sleeping disorders and problems are really getting dissected by the day and for sure, many are slowly whittling them towards the direction of how to discount graver conclusion to which may become exaggerated.
