There have been a lot of energy drinks made available in the market today. These drinks such as that of Chin Chin Vitality Boost or Red Bull are mainly used to help add boost in the active lifestyles of most athletes. However today, many people have used them as a means of being awake since most of them have caffeine which we all know is the prime enemy of sleep. While the added energy for sleep deprived people is a benefit, it cannot be discounted that most people will have to deal with sleep and fatigue at some point. It is simply something that is only a temporary resort and people should be aware of it. This is a clear abuse of health. While it is okay to consume them from time to time, making it a habit will eventually become risky and people should be aware that the human body can take only so much.
