0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 18th, 2007 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP Psychology, Sleep Disorders, Sleep Myths.
One of the hardest things to do is to put your child or infant to sleep, especially when it is his time to get some shuteye. We all know that babies do not follow a certain sleeping period since as far as they are concerned, they can sleep as often as they want.
However, sometimes they would have tantrums and crying spells that make it hard to make them sleep. Some would need to be fed their milk while others would be left alone until they get tired.
Some would do the usual lullabies and dance them to sleep. This is one of the effective ways to put babies to sleep. Hence it would be better to be aware of these synopsis so that the next time a person may want to think of the best way to put their child to sleep, it would be best to check out the basic checklist that babies are prone to.

Why Envy the Sleeping Baby?
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 17th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Psychology, Sleep Myths.
Many people would envy the sight of a pure child who seems to have nothing better to do other than to play and sleep as needed. Considering that they are just newborns in this world of ours, it is only natural that they have no sense or inkling of what their lives will be in a couple of years.
Hence, before everything else, the best thing for babies to do is to live life one day at a time, leaving the rest of their tenure to their loving parents who christened them into this world. They can get all the rest and sleep in the world, enjoy their infant years as they come along.
But for some, wondering if they could ever live a life where they can sleep soundly would be something that can really drive a person to want the same option. Unfortunately, adults have already been there and to be able to do that again would depend on them in how they can manage their time and place sleep among their scheduled itineraries as well.

Can People Sleep Like Babies?
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 15th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Psychology, Sleep Disorders.People who say they sleep like a baby usually don’t have one. ~Leo J. Burke

Adults and mature people would claim that they can sleep as they wish. However, it is easier to say and realize actual sleep. Some do not really realize the importance of sleep and while many people are aware of the proper sleeping habits and shuteye needed most of them forego this for one reason or another.
Ideally, sleeping like a baby is a declaration that would usually get some sort of a laugh for people. Many dream of sleeping as peaceful as possible. But the return for being able to do so is an opportunity that is lost. It is apparent that while many look forward to taking the long naps needed, waking up towards reality and adhering toward the fast pace of demands on an individual’s life is a reality that they have to face.
If a person can indeed sleep as peaceful as a baby, then perhaps people would not be roaming around and looking for best ways to actually get the proper amount of sleep and rest.
