Thank Jamie O’ Shea though for coming up with the vertical bed, something you can take anywhere and can oddly satisfy your urge to sleep even when standing up! The bed makes all these possible thanks to two base legs which can ably support a person’s weight. The whole thing even comes with noise-cancelling headphones, sunglasses and even an umbrella. Seems like Jamie covered up pretty much everything, definitely something that should make sleeping a breeze particularly for the constant traveler. Apparently the vertical bed is a concept for now. A dandy idea but a bit odd still don’t you think? Well if you are one of the people who want to try out if you can sleep in the extreme places, then perhaps the Dasparkhotel in Germany could be something unique to try out. The pipes are situated at a park, serving as standalone rooms that come with a double bed, a small storage space and lighting. The only downfall is you may have to look for somewhere else to take a shower or dislodge your unwanted wastes. Well, considering the setup, there had to be something missing right?
When it comes to watching shows, it is a fact that organizers and producers would aim to come up with scripts that will keep the audience attentive. It has become a habit for most audiences to fall asleep when they find themselves watching boring or long shows but it seems that there is one show in London that aims to actually put folks to sleep. “Lullaby” is a show designed to send people to sleep. The show is being held at the Barbican in London where storytelling and singing octopuses are used to put people off to lala land. The audience even get pre-booked beds and are encouraged to attend the event in their pajamas. People watch the show and eventually find themselves falling asleep. They are awoken the next day at around 7:30 a.m. where they are served breakfast. To date, the show has produced more sleepers than people who are awake. An odd way to get some shuteye but classy way to get it. With quality sleep requiring necessary aids, these should be great perks to get quality slumber any time. This inexpensive way of getting better sleep makes use of alternative energy. They are juiced up via the use of silicon tubes with 750cc of water pumped into them. A controller regulates the temperature manually with a maximum of 48 degrees Celsius or as low as 15 degrees Celsius. The solution can either warm your bed in the winter or cool it off during the summer. Expect better sleep with this one!
Either for sleep or for hanging out, beanbags are a comfortable solution for the people who want the freedom to rest or slouch any time. And while we have seen a lot of beanbags featured thus far, here is another one called the SumoBags Titan Beanbag Couches, a large one when compared to the traditional smaller ones you have seen before. The beanbag is huge enough to accommodate two people which may as well pass for an alternative to the usual beds or couches we have at home. It costs $379.99 which may be a bit expensive but considering its size and features, this is one couch that is obviously for the select few. Being a large piece, the next thing you have to consider if it will fit in your room since it is quite humongous. The initiative comes from the Sleep Experts of Dallas, sharing the gift of sleep to families in North Texas by donating more than 50 mattress sets to the Central Dallas Ministries with the hopes of fighting poverty. Through Sleep Experts’ Rest Assured mattress donation program, every customer’s old bed is recycled and donated to charity. Upon delivery of a customer’s new bed, the old mattress is removed and completely refurbished and then donated to local nonprofit organizations serving families and children who are victims of abuse, homelessness, poverty or illness.
Mobile phones are a rave these days but apparently, one thing that we also know is that the radiation that they emit is dangerous to us in more ways than one. It will only be a matter of time before we find out the effects that a cellular phone’s radiation can do to our overall health but sleep alone is something that will be affected, especially if we make it a habit to sleep while they are by our bedside. This practice is a common sight we see today. Most people need their mobile phones nearby especially when they want callers to get hold of them immediately. But while that satisfies the aspect of personal and business aspects of your life, your health likewise needs the proper attention. Doctors asked men and women between the ages of 18 and 45 to talk on cell phones before bed. Some were exposed to radiation similar to a wireless signal. Other talked on “phoney” phones that released no radiation. Those exposed to radiation reported headaches, took longer to fall asleep and didn’t sleep well through the night. However, for the working professionals of today who serve office work, they encounter some instances where they have to sleep overnight at the office to make sure that they meet deadlines. Apparently these instances do not have the liberty of time hence the need to maximize and extend working hours which may not sit well. Although some employees have been given the go signal to take naps at the office, nothing beats the actual comfort that most people can obtain from sleeping in their actual rooms and homes.
Usually, we would see double decked beds in kids rooms, prisons and barracks. Some would be interested in seeing them and even trying them out. However, the discomforts of having someone sleeping above you may be in effect, especially when people want to get a complete shuteye. This is usually something that makes double decks limited towards kids and limited spaces for people on chosen facilities. These double decked beds are usually single beds put into two layers. There would usually be some disputes on who would get the upper half, something that kids would fight over at some point. But as they reach adulthood, chances are they would rather have single beds since having to climb towards the second level of double decks may not be ideal for people wanting sleep on their beds as easily. It’s the worry that gets you, not the lack of sleep. ~Dale Carnegie Every time we find ourselves lying on our beds and thinking of something to make us sleep is similar to finding our way in hall with no idea on what door to choose. Unless we open one door, we have no idea of what is behind it. Such is the same in sleeping. We tend to have a hard time sleeping because we think of issues and problems. But staring at the ceiling or at objects will not resolve the issue. The fact remains that we compel ourselves to act and to do this, we would have to do the right thing or alternative means to be able to calm ourselves down and finally buckle down to sleep. Even in everyday lives we find ourselves wanting to do something for problems. But in reality, some problems cannot be resolved with a snap of a finger. We have to approach issues and problems in the right aspect and taking it step by step is the best approach towards it.
Every time we find ourselves lying on our beds and thinking of something to make us sleep is similar to finding our way in hall with no idea on what door to choose.

Anyone would want to resolve standing issues at an instant. The failure to do so is one reason why we cannot get the relaxing sleeping habits we long for at the end of the day. The best way is to plan and find solutions to soothe the situation.
Babies who dies of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) while sharing beds may be in danger. Here’s a recommended list of how to put your baby to sleep: Put infants to sleep on their backs. Put babies to sleep on a firm sleep surface (a crib mattress covered by a sheet). Don’t put soft objects such as pillows, quilts, or comforters under a sleeping baby. Keep soft objects including pillows, quilts, blankets, and stuffed animals out of babies’ sleeping environment. Don’t smoke during pregnancy. Infants shouldn’t share beds or couches with grown-ups or other kids during sleep. Babies may sleep in a safe crib, bassinet, or cradle in the same room as the mother. Don’t bring the baby to the bed of a parent who’s overtired or using medications or other substances that could impair their alertness. Consider offering the baby a pacifier at nap time and bedtime. Dress babies in light clothing for sleep to avoid overheating. Don’t overbundle the baby. The baby’s bedroom temperature should be comfortable for a lightly-clothed adult. Avoid commercial devices marketed to reduce SIDS risk. Don’t use home monitors as a strategy to reduce SIDS risk. Encourage “tummy time” for babies who are awake … Continue reading →
a

Bedwetting and snoring have been linked in both adults and children, Dr. Emmanouel I. Alexopoulos of Larissa University Hospital and colleagues note in their report Treating the cause of snoring — for example, by removing the adenoids and tonsils, can also stop bedwetting. To clarify the relationship between snoring and bedwetting, the researchers evaluated 1,821 children between the ages of 5 to 14 years old, 2.4 percent of whom had a history of bedwetting. Those who snored more than three times a week, 7.4 percent of the total, were classified as habitual snorers. via msnbc picture via fotosearch a 14_years_old, adenoids, adults, beds, fotosearch, habitual_snorers, How to sleep better, larissa, msnbc, relationship, SLEEP News, SLEEP News, Sleep Psychology, Sleep Psychology, sleep-better, stop_bedwetting, tonsils
a
