We are all aware that babies need to sleep as frequent as possible. But the thing is, babies need the usual lullabies and other methods to aid them get their proper shuteye. It is best to make babies follow a standard pattern of sleep. Not all infants are blessed with the ease of sleeping soundly and comfortably. There are a lot of children and infants that suffer sleep disorders and hopefully your children are not one of them.

It has been years since I could remember watching this video. I will never forget this video from Sesame Street. Mr. Tweek and the snoring and the sleeping below. A classic sleep video that will forever be a good way to expound on what it truly means to sleep comfortably.
