Alarms via iPhones is nothing new but something different seems to be intended if you constantly hit the snooze option for this iPhone app. The alarm app apparently donates a quarter each time you hit the snooze option in the Snooze for iPhone app. And mind you, this is not a forced contribution but rather asks you twice in a month which non-profit organization you would want to donate, that is if you would care. Even Shaquille O’Neal Has Sleep Apnea

One of the more high profile people who seems to have sleep apnea is that of NBA star Shaquille O’ Neal. The 7-foot-1 300 pound center has been encouraged by his girlfriend to seek some help, apparently a witness that “the Diesel” snores and has potential sleep apnea.

To help him out, girlfriend Nikki Alexander wooed the big man to take part in a sleep apnea study being sponsored by Harvard University. Sleep apnea has become a growing problem for Americans and sadly, even the Boston Celtic big man who has been absent in the NBA scene for some time now is not exempted from it.

Sleep but within Boundaries

Everyone would love to sleep for as long as they can. Once you do, it seems like a drug or a habit that is hard to kick. But then again, would you be able to live as normal as anyone one?

Sleep is needed but should however have some boundaries. There are specific time periods of sleeping but then again people should think ahead. Oversleeping can have consequences such as being to wobbly to live out their lives or worse, working to stay afloat.

Hence, getting sleep is a balancing act in one way
