A lot of it is because their attention is to maximize the use of gadgets such as mobile phones or even the usual gaming consoles and that has become a cause to forget about the value of proper rest and sleep. TEENAGERS who use their mobile phones excessively are more prone to disrupted sleep, stress, fatigue and restlessness, according to international research. Sleep-deprived teens have poorer school marks, are less motivated and have poor emotional health, including a higher risk of developing attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), a further study found.
