Steal Some Sleep with this Vertical Bed in a Suitcase

For sure, this is something that most people would want to have, especially if you are not the type who gets a lot of shuteye. When we talk about sleep, it normally pertains to laying down on our favorite bed, comfortable and of course finding the position suitable to get that much needed rest leading to sleep.
But for people who want to steal some sleep regardless of position, here is a polyphasic sleep, a practice of sleeping multiple times in a 24-hour period, with the help of this Vertical Bed in a suitcase.
Nutty as it may look but if you can steal some minutes deceiving other people then why not? Just make sure you find a suitable place though.
The artist who created this concept will tell you that it’s some artsy-fartsy way to make a statement and get yourself some polyphasic sleep, which is the practice of sleeping multiple times in a 24-hour period, but really it’s just an excuse to be lazy whenever and wherever you want. So lazy that you don’t even lay down. In fact, it’s a new epidemic of laziness sweeping the globe. This guy basically walks around with his Vertical Bed in a suitcase, finds himself a nice spot, anchors his bed above subway vents and sleeps for about 40 minutes a pop.

It is evident that sleep apnea has been a growing problem for most people, not only in sleep deprivation issues but health maintenance as well. There have been various forms of remedies and therapies today and among them include the use of sleep apnea patients on CPAP masks or mouth guards to help the passage of air.
However, the Medical College of Wisconsin are now finalizing the possible alternative of using sleep apnea implant devices that can help resolve the sleep apnea epidemic. While the incision towards the chin may seem to be a painful experience, medical researchers and physician have guaranteed that is not.
Read more about it in this regional news article of Sleep Apnea Trial.

Deal With Sleep Orders Conventionally
1 Comment Published by Brian Yalung June 28th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Video, Sleep Apnea, Sleep Disorders.Ideally, sleep disorder and problems have been alarming today. Many people have treated sleep disorders such as sleep apnea as something that should not be taken for granted. While the health awareness connected with sleep problems may be considered more in-depth to date, the natural means of trying out the usual sleeping alternatives should be first exhausted before medical attention would be resorted to.
People do not really need much of an orientation like of style to know the alternative ways of sleeping properly. Drinking hot milk, creating the proper room atmosphere but most of all disciplining them on what needs to be done to get the needed sleep are the normal ways of treating such an epidemic. It is only after all of these have been done would people be pushed towards seeking medical advice. At this point, the gravity of the sleeping disorder will truly need medical intervention.
