Sleeping through the Rainy Season
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 8th, 2007 in How to sleep better, Sleep Issues, Sleep Myths.Better sleep can usually be solicited if some areas of satisfaction that people look for are satisfied. Climates and room temperature will always be among these factors and the colder it is, the better for some people. This is not to mention that people who live in the polar ice caps are the ideal place to sleep well. This is more inclined towards temperature derived from changing season such as the transition from warm sunny days towards cold rainy days.
True enough, people find the rainy season as something that would make a person drowsy and lazy. People would rather sleep out the rainy days in their homes if they had a choice since it is hard to get up and carry on the normal duties of their lives.
While it is true that people should get enough sleep, they should also consider not taking too much of it. Too much sleep will produce bulging eye bags and not to mention put professions in peril. People who become lazy because of the weather may want to retreat and consider the risks they are playing around with. Sleep the right way and try to save some disciplinary things in the process.

Naps are not Enough to Revitalize Bodies
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 14th, 2007 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, Sleep Disorders.Naps are good but they are not substitutes for people who want to make the most out of their time. Naps are defined more in terms of time as in 15 minutes or maybe an hour. But authentic sleep is on the average about 6 to 8 hours for a normal person to be able to work his way back to full strength.
Many people disregard the proper sleeping hours a person needs to take. For some, sleep is a sign of laziness. However, taken into consideration, sleep is a requirement for the human body to function properly and avoid health issues to date. The need for rest to recharge bodies is a need and people, regardless if they are on the go or not, should acknowledge its need.
A short nap may be what people will be looking for but it may not be enough. A clear indication of lacking in sleep is that of forming eye bags, skin color, and low blood cell counts. These are chief indicators and if a person is not careful, he may eventually find himself passing out unexpectedly.

Puffy Eye Bags To Hide and Seek
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 13th, 2007 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP News, SLEEP Psychology, Sleep Disorders.Soliciting the unlikely formation of puffy bags underneath our eyes would normally be due to lack of sleep and abuse of letting our eyes being up all night, something that would normally be a necessity in line with things such as work and studies. It is not really something that forms because people want them to be there.

A lot of people who tend to abuse themselves by stressing their eyes would be susceptible to allowing the veins present beneath the eye lids to form and form into something people do not want to see. Outside the usual recourse mentioned above, people can hide them through the use of make-up. Unfortunately, once this wears off, it is apparent that these marks will eventually show up and reveal the unwanted bags formation.
Anyone who lacks sleep or has abused his supposed number of hours of regular sleep will encounter this. Fortunately, they can be avoided. But for people who find themselves in predicaments where they have to extend the hours where they should be awake, chances are they have to resort to the alternative measures to make sure that their eye bags will not be totally revealing.
