There are number of people, usually professionals and executives who have to troop around different places of the world today. There are various factors to consider such as time zones and of course the lack of flexibility of time. But then again, these people who specialize and need to act as ambassadors or representatives of their companies have lesser options and hence must adjust accordingly.
With special emphasis on this need, there are enumerated tips for the road weary traveler. This includes:
- Find a Dark Environment when traveling.
- Try to get a window seat near the front of the plane when flying.
- Bring a nightlight or penlight if you get up at night.
- Try to keep the thermostat in your hotel room between 68 and 72 degrees.
- Lavender oil or a spritz of lavender linen spray on your sheets often helps with restful sleep.
- A nap during the day helps make up for midnight tossing and turning for people who normally sleep well but don’t get enough sleep one night.
- Try not to nap too close to bedtime or for more than 90 minutes.
