Altogether, it takes will power and persistence to carry out most of them simultaneously. A person has to push himself to the limit, but for sure, there will be some room left for potential need to be able to retain the level of quality. Productivity is a gauge of individual performance. Taking it for granted is like risking careers. Hence, sleep is essential to retain their level of efficiency.
