When you get up, go walk, jog, or do some kind of exercise for just 10 minutes. When you do this, you will have a much more productive day as you warm up your body to get ready for the day.

Get up at a regular time whether that be 5AM or 7AM even on weekends. By having a consistent wake up time, your body and mind will be more balanced and ready for anything.
