Lack of attentiveness and not playing attention to something are clear indicators for lack of sleep. There is sure deterioration since some of the body organs may not function accordingly as expected.
Insomnia may be a disease and can be cured. It may take some time to do it, but sleeping normal again is a possibility if a person undergoes the right steps and therapeutic means of getting the normal respite needed to recharge and maintain the human body and mind.

Lack of sleep is no excuse for being lazy or feeling uneasy. People can choose to do something about it by disciplining themselves and knowing when to sleep and get the required number of hours to sleep.
Snoozing isn’t bad since it helps a person in the area of health and overall performance. Read the book by Dr. Helene Emsellem and you may pick up a couple of things about snoozing or losing.

But today, people are forced to sleep during the daytime to make up for lack of sleep or to adhere towards governing sleeping conditions such as insomnia and other known sleep disorders.
With this video, we can see the variance between a bird sleeping at night and an owl that sleeps at day. While people may not easily distinguish the difference, we can clearly see that at any time of the day, people may opt to sleep at day or at night.
