Sleep masks are a great sleep aid to turn to but if you want some extra features, check out the Remee Lucid Dreaming Sleep Mask. We are not referring of course to the design alone as you can see above. Rather, the sleep mask has an added feature which should bring more dreams lucidly. All this is made possible with the mask’s embedded red LED lights when worn. There are six LED lights on the inside which blink periodically when a person is asleep. This stimulates a person’s visual field which reportedly increases the occurrence of lucid dreams. For now the Remee Lucid Dreaming Sleep Mask remains a project since the people behind it are looking for ways to fund it all. But if you really want to try it out, you can pledge a minimum of $80 and get one for yourself.
Can you really control what you dream? Apparently there have been some devices to do so but the problem is their bulkiness. However now we find this mask called Renee, a mask that reportedly obeys your desired when it comes to how long you would want to sleep. The mask comes with a series of red lights which create weird anomalies in your dreams. Also, if you are able to condition yourself to recognize when it happens, you may just get some lucid dreams in the process. The Remee Mask seems to be however in the concept stages. Apparently the company is still looking for funding from Kickstarter. Via a anomalies, concept stages, kickstarter, lucid dreams, mask, renee, sleep, SLEEP Gadgets
a

Some of them go as far as our childhood days, reflecting and reminiscing about the past to which some people may find comfort when they sleep. But there are also dreams that account for current events. Especially when a person is sleeping with something in mind, chances are he will be recalling certain events that have not yet been resolved. Between the two, a lot can be pointed towards our mental state. Our minds are at work and whatever we have stored there that may be disturbing us will always be the first thing that comes to mind. The reason behind this is that there is a part of our brain that is still conscious. It can be typified to a sort of lack of relaxation to which we tend to address current dilemmas rather than reminisce on the past where we may have a relaxing memory of our good old days.

When we are dreaming, there is a certain part of our mind and being which is aware and conscious, yet some other parts of the brain that are completely at rest. Experts suggest that various types of dreams exist, that range form the dreamer not being in his or her own dream (dreams of childhood) to one where the dreamer is actively reflecting upon the ongoing dream and making deductions and judgments on the events happening in the dream (lucid dreams). This is an interesting lead to the contemplation about the distinction between dreams and reality.
