		<description><![CDATA[It is pure logic to note that people who take lesser sleep and continue to abuse their minds and bodies to the hilt may eventually have memory loss for their troubles. It is only normal to note that this may occur considering that sleep has always been known to be essential towards people who batter their minds and continuously want to make the most of their time. We all need to sleep. Naps may be good but is not enough. We should all still follow the usual 6 to 8 hours of sleep. Some may tend to go beyond that but then again, the self-discipline of when to get up and when to do our regular routine is entirely dependent on us. We should know when to sleep and when to wake up if we truly value our health and our daily performance in whatever work or usual routine we have to carry out.
