Everyone has varying sleep schedules but have you noticed any changes to your body lately? Well if you see some bulges, chances are you may have to change your sleep schedule or else face the fat!
Apparently staying up late can affect metabolism, something that helps you burn those excess calories. And a new study from the Ohio State University and the University of Haifa in Israel found through mice, that people may suffer from obesity when their sleep cycle is disrupted by exposure to light.
