A lot of people such as the fans and the family of Jackson cheered the verdict, some even singing to the tune of ‘Beat It’ too. And while Murray kept his poker-face stance all throughout, it makes you wonder; what if Murray did not administer those large dosages? What if Jackson continued to suffer to this day insomnia or worse, die from it eventually?

This is looking at the different side of the case. This is not in defense of Dr. Conrad Murray but more of looking at what would have happened if it was the other way around. Jackson may have lived a bit longer but may eventually succumb to the sleep problem which was said to be pretty much serious.

So in the end, Murray or any other hired physician hired by Michael would have been convicted too for being neglectful.

But just the same, the dosage issue of propofol is really the main issue here. And while Murray claims that he gave only a small amount to Michael who had complained of struggles to prepare for his shows, one can only wonder how “small” that amount was.

All is water under the bridge as Jackson is dead. But for Dr. Conrad Murray who stands to lose his license, a tight watch has been made on him. Why? The last thing that people would want to see is seeing a convicted doctor putting himself to permanent sleep as well.

Hearing of celebrities trying to keep themselves awake is nothing new but for rapper Eminem, admitting he is a drug-crazed insomniac seems to something serious. The rapper was admitted into rehab after being addicted to prescribed medication, admitting that he consumed so many drugs since 2005 making him unable to sleep properly.

Eminem is comparing his problem with that of the late Michael Jackson who succumbed to an overdose of Propofol. Apparently while there is still time, Eminem may want to get the necessary help for him to overcome this dangerous predicament he finds himself in.

It has been a year now since the death of pop sensation Michael Jackson and it seems the doctor is to blame for his death. Joseph Jackson filed the wrongful death lawsuit last Friday at a federal court in Los Angeles against Dr. Conrad Murray.

Stated in the suit filed was the slow action taken by Dr. Murray in getting hold of medical services and giving the late King of Pop a powerful drug to address his sleep problems. Medical experts have said propofol should be administered in a hospital setting, and that it was highly unusual for Murray to give it to Jackson at his home.

In something odd, Michael Jackson fans over at Tokyo are said to be planning to sleep with some of the King of Pop’s belonging on June 25. It will cost them $1,000 to get a chance to be selected to some of the late Jackson’s items which include clothes he wore, home belongings and awards.

For that amount, you can find other things to spend it on. Some would go shopping or maybe even get some good sleep treatments. But for people who are fans, an opportunity like this may seem rare. And they say we are in hard times eh? Geez!

Michael Jackson’s untimely death continues to become more interesting. His doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, was said to have delayed giving CPR to Jackson to hide the drugs. According to a certain Alberto Alvarez, Dr. Murray was asked to put rubber-topped drug vials into a brown canvas bag and an IV pouch with a milky fluid in its connector into a separate blue bag.

Add to that the fact that Murray had reportedly instructed paramedics to be called after the drugs were stashed. Murray is now facing charges for involuntary manslaughter for Jackson’s death. Murray previously confessed he waited 20 to 30 minutes before calling the authorities, saying he was unaware of Jackson’s address and had trouble summoning the singer’s staff while performing CPR.

You just have to give DJ Moby a lot of credit for being wise despite his growing Insomnia problem. Perhaps learning from the fate of stars such as Michael Jackson, he refuses to take sleeping pills to aid him with his Insomnia. His reason is of course being addicted to them which as we all know has led to more deaths than remedies.

His insomnia problem is so bad that he often hallucinates through lack of sleep but says that he won’t turn to medication to solve his restlessness. Kudos to DJ Moby and perhaps the battle against Insomnia still continues. But for sure, there will be a solution but the only thing is when?

The never-ending story behind the real cause of death of Michael Jackson continues. Sleeping aids were said to be the reason and while many presumed that it was a mild case of overdose, new evidence shows it was way beyond that. And according to the Washington post, the sleep aid was Propofol.

What the heck is Propofol?

Propofol, also known as Diprivan, is an IV anesthetic agent typically used in operating rooms to put patients to sleep in about a minute. In drip form, it keeps them asleep. It’s reserved for procedures where a patient would otherwise be uncomfortable — say, plastic surgery, a colonoscopy or hip replacement — but must be meticulously monitored because the drug can stop a person’s breathing.

Propofol is fairly easy for a doctor to acquire, but is never intended for home use, where proper equipment to resuscitate a patient is typically absent

We are all aware of the sleeping problems of Michael Jackson and how extreme he could get just to get some good sleep. And so now the question remains, did Michael Jackson want it or did his physician purposely give it to hear the end of Michael’s continued complaint about his sleep problem?

For now, all eyes are on his physician, Conrad Murray who has been treating Jackson’s Insomnia problem. He claimed that he feared Michael was growing addicted to it, referring to it as milk. If he knew this from the start, then why didn’t he stop it? Well, it looks like Dr. Murray is in a very deep hole!

And if the reports are true, taking 10 Xanax pills nightly is indeed deadly and totally inhumane.

“In addiction cases, people develop a tolerance to drugs and have to take more and more pills. No matter how you cut it, this is an extremely high dosage of Xanax. It is a huge red flag, even with the tolerance that I was talking about. This dosage is exceedingly high for any human being.”

Many call this an addiction. However, the King of Pop was doing it just to make sure that he would get some sleep. So you be the judge. Was he an addict or a sleep deprived victim simply looking for an answer?

So now it can be told. Insomnia has been known to prey on much of the popular celebrities and apparently there seems to be a connection between Insomnia and the King of Pop’s death. Michael Jackson had been distraught on Insomnia for the past months and requested a strong sedative despite warnings it would be harmful.

And for nurse Cherilyn Lee, she had already warned Jackson of the circumstances, much of which was ignored. The only question now is who was responsible for giving him the sedatives which was known as Diprivan.

Several months ago, Jackson had begun badgering Lee about Diprivan, also known as Propofol, Lee said. It is an intravenous anesthetic drug widely used in operating rooms to induce unconsciousness. It is generally given through an IV needle in the hand.

This is one of the angles seen on how Jackson died. From the looks of it and the background of Diprivan it does make sense. The question is, how did Jackson obtain it.
