How Miley Cyrus can sleep when she is on the road is a mystery and the singer-actress claims it is her way of fending off jetlag. While this is understandable, her solution to so-called jetlag seems to be something she may want to reconsider.

For one, sleep is where she gets her energy from and while she does try to make up for it when does get back home, the wear and tear of sacrificing sleep will sooner or later catch up with her. At 17 years old this may not be felt but rest assured that not sleeping to fight of jetlag will start to set in as she grows older.
