But that is just the thing, you want to enjoy vacation but if you tire yourself out, you may end up dozing off and totally not enjoy your break from the rigors of the real world. Just remember, you are traveling and exploring places. But that doesn’t mean you have to abuse your body. You still have to sleep. Raise the value of your trip.
