Health Attacks while Asleep

If there is one thing that people would hate when it comes to dying, it is the issue of encountering diseases such as epilepsy or Sudden Unexpected Death Syndrome. The latter is often deemed as something that results from superstition but it is real. There are several ways to which people explain it such overeating or failure to digest what you eat. But overall, the fact remains that they are not purely superstition but a reality in some deaths of people who are asleep.
It is a form of unlikely ways to which people call a betrayal of sorts since we are powerless when they attack. While we try to avoid them, you just have to note that awake or not, sudden problems such as the Sudden Unexpected Death Syndrome will strike at the least time you know it.

Obesity Can Lead to Poor Sleeping Habits

It is practically a common belief that for people who have to forego sleep, turning towards food as an alternative source of energy can more or less make up for the lack of rest or sleep. However, this does not entirely hold true. Sizing up the human body in making do with overeating in lieu of lack of sleep can lead towards unhealthy circumstances.Worst, it may even lead to foregoing the whole itinerary of sleep since people will most likely not get the required amount of sleep and will end up being overweight. It may be weird to note that people think that lesser sleep and allowing food to take its place can control the body hormones. This is entirely untrue and a person is also submitting himself towards more health hazards rather than avoiding them.

How to Avoid the Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)
2 Comments Published by Brian Yalung June 24th, 2007 in Dreams, Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP News, SLEEP Video, Sleep Disorders. We are all aware that some of us may encounter sleeping problems and most of the time we are unaware of what is happening during the unconscious state. There are a lot of reports such as the Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) or Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS). These are betraying ways of depriving people to live through resting alone.
In the Philippines, this is known more commonly as “Bangungot”. A lot of people have experienced this and while there are medical explanations, some Filipinos still point towards overeating and improper digestion of food as key factors that lead to this dreaded traitor in sleeping comfortably.
It is best to take the necessary precautions especially for infants who cannot differentiate night from day. It is best to do the preventive measure to avoid heinous events from occurring.
