Most people are having problems balancing both sleep and productivity. Tip the weighing scales and you may find yourself going overboard as far as weight is concerned. Now that will become a sleepless endeavor. But if you are not careful, you may lose more than just weight if you don’t watch out for your health as a whole.
You’re eating all the right things and logging sweaty hours at the gym, so what’s with the weight gain? If you’ve put your diet and exercise habits under the microscope, but still aren’t getting results, it may be time to consider how other factors like sleep deprivation and high stress levels may be part of the problem.

Do you suffer from Sleep Inertia?
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 21st, 2007 in How to sleep better, Sleep Disorders.
People may sometimes find themselves in awe, thinking of a way to be able to gather their senses and put everything in perspective to satisfy expectations in various tasks that include school and work. Sleep inertia is an offshoot of grogginess where people are groping for form to gather their senses and take on tasks to be carried out in the usual manner they should be.
Anyone can suffer from this daily. Many would ignore such a state but the truth of it all is that they do experience it during times. Ideally this can come from oversleeping or when a person would be awakened from a deep slumber, something that is proof that people have yet to realize that they are walking in reality and not anymore in their fantasy world of dreams.
Hence, the next time, people should take into consideration of trying to recover their bearing before carrying out anything that they would want to do. It is better that way since safety and proper execution of tasks is critical for people who need to adhere towards various tasks expected from them.

Twitching Eyes Point to Lack of Sleep
1 Comment Published by Brian Yalung May 17th, 2007 in Health Issues, Sleep Disorders.
Have you ever got that feeling of your eyes may be encountering some twitching sensation even if you are simply just staring at something? Usually, this is normal for people who lack sleep or have abused their eyes by being exposed to radiation rays coming from computers or television or just plainly lack the rest needed just like the human body.
Eyes need to rest as well. Abusing them will have it dire consequences. Some would encounter faltering eyesight at some point while others may have blurry vision at times. Oversleeping is not an option. Doing such would certainly not be good towards the eyes and will also tag along corresponding headaches to boot.
Many have overlooked the proper amount of time that their eyes should be used. But as a whole, people should know how to manage the length of time that their eyes are used since rest and proper care of the optical side of a person should be given attention as well.
Many would feel that twitching eyes are only normal. But to most, allowing it to balloon at times may lead towards unlikely symptoms of eye problems which would occur. Hence sleeping has an impact on the eyes as well. Sleep is a need even if people believe that they can do away with it at any point that they wish it to be.
