Soft Clothes Bring Soft Sleep
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 13th, 2007 in Dreams, How to sleep better, Pajamas, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Video, Sleep Wear, Snoring.Who says babies need to have the thick and soft cushions to be able to sleep well? With the help of fabric softeners and proper laundry on clothes, the search for the soft and comfortable position that infants look for can be gotten even from parents who wear hygiene and well-maintained clothes.
For babies, foams or mattresses are not really the key towards being able to sleep soundly. Sometimes if they get to satisfy that position and overall softness when they lie down, they can openly sleep despite the distractions such as loud snoring, that may hinder their sleep.

The Monsters under the Bed
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 13th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Video, Sleep Myths.Ever since we were young, we were usually told by our parents to sleep and not look under the bed. The belief that there are monsters under our beds was evident and has been passed on to this day.
Question is do kids still believe it to this day? Well it depends on their traditional upbringing. Some use it as a psychological factor while others simply play around with the idea. Check it out with this music video and see imaginations put into one compilation.

Thinking Ahead and Sleeping Less
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 9th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Psychology, Sleep Disorders.
It is only normal for parents to worry about their siblings, especially if they want to play around with their imagination on what to expect about their future. There are indeed a lot of things to worry about, like if they will be a success or if their kids will grow up to be responsible, mature and an image of their own likeness. Hitting it big is of course any parent’s dream for his or her kids. But of course, the negative impact based on the current society and trends is something that will make anyone worry today.
There are children today who cannot even finish their studies or stay away from the usual vices such as drugs, smoking and alcohol intake. These are some vices that can be taken socially but anyone can also be hooked on them. Once they do, it can be a cause for alarm.
So for parents, it is only normal to loose sleep in worrying about the future of their kids today. While they are advised not to think that much of it, it simply cannot be overlooked.
Here is a sample article by Jeanne Phillips on Mom Loses Sleep over Drug fears.

New born babies would usually keep parents awake. It may lead to disagreements between parents on who will be the one to attend to the baby who wakes up at the middle of the night. Mothers would usually become grumpy and that leaves the dads to take on the cudgels.
Well just imagine the mom having to go through the pregnancy and delivery stages. Don’t you think it is about time that the fathers get to work and give the moms a break?
