0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung November 19th, 2008 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Gadgets, SLEEP News.
When it comes to getting the right quality of sleep for toddlers, it all boils down to how you lay down and of course which stuff you have lying around. But thanks to the efforts of groups like Cloud B which has worked in hand with pediatricians and specialists on the issue of sleeping, some new products to aid sleep were developed to help promote a safe, sound and healthy sleep for children, and subsequently their parents.
Leading the pack is a Twilight Sea Turtle, it not only provides people lights, sounds and smell but a reminder as well towards the endangered animals. So as a whole, it is a combination of putting together eco-friendly issues and getting the healthy sleep that kids and parents both need today.
Other items that are (or will be) available include the Polar Bear Cub, the Dozy Dolphin, and Penguin, all of which use some combination of soy-based and/or bamboo fabrics and hypo-allergenic stuffing.

What’s Keeping Your Baby Awake?
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 7th, 2007 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP Psychology, Sleep Disorders, Sleep Issues.
Often, babies are known to only sleep, feed and play a lot during their infancy stage. At times, there will be occasions when babies may not want to sleep immediately owing to some sort of sickness or discomfort that need to be diagnosed properly by parents. In some cases, the intervention of physicians or pediatricians may be a need especially if the baby is really suffering from such a disorder owing to the fact of not being able to rest properly.
The list of potential causes can go on. It can be something that could be traced towards indigestion or potential fever. Babies cannot speak out what they feel and while some people call it a guessing game, knowing their child is the best way to diagnose what the immediate problem really is.
Sleep deprivation among parents is evident since they must attend to the needs of their child. Kids only become babies once in their lifetime and a little sleep deprivation at this stage is little sacrifice to ensure the overall health and comfort of babies.
