Ashlee Simpson seems to be to engrossed or perhaps gotten used to having stuffed toys by her side these days. Pregnant and expecting her first child soon, Simpson has had a preference for having these stuffed bears around to get good sleep. Can you imagine a bed full of these teddy bears?
We all know that pregnancy is quite a sensitive stage. For one thing, women have certain preferences when it comes to food and sleeping preferences. So as far as why Ashlee Simpson loves these stuffed bears a lot should not really be surprising. To each her own!
Ashlee Simpson can’t sleep without her cuddly toys. The singer, who is expecting her first child with husband Pete Wentz, has received hundreds of stuffed bears since announcing her pregnancy and reportedly can’t bear to be parted from them when she goes to bed.
A source said: “She has so many teddy bears and loves them so much she has filled her bed with them. It is a little crowded, but Pete gives in to whatever Ashlee wants. It is really sweet.”

Sleeping Tips for the Pregnant Moms
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 17th, 2008 in How to sleep better, SLEEP News, Sleep Issues.
During pregnancy, one discomfort that women may encounter would be the proper sleeping position. Traditionally we would all lay flat on our back to sleep well but with a bulging stomach that limits your bed movement, it would be best to stick to a sideway position that can be pretty much the best position for you and your unborn child.
For the pregnant moms who cannot sleep well, here are some tips offered by the American Pregnancy Association:
Try sleeping on your side — particularly your left side, if it’s comfortable. Bend your knees, and place a pillow between your knees. Also try a pillow under your belly, for support. If heartburn bothers you, prop up your upper body with pillows. If you feel short of breath, lie on your side or propped up with pillows. You should avoid sleeping on your back and on your stomach during pregnancy.

Women Sleep Less than Men
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 21st, 2007 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP Video, Sleep Apnea, Sleep Disorders, Sleep Issues.Women are prone to have worst encounters with sleeping disorders. Females have far more issues than men, especially due to the common incurrence of their states such as pregnancy, menopause and hormonal changes are some of the pertinent issues that have surrounded the sleep deprivation on women today.
It is best to consult family physicians immediately in cases of lack of quality sleep in women. Health is obviously at risk and it would be good to note what women can do to help combat the impending problem that lies over the horizon in women.

New born babies would usually keep parents awake. It may lead to disagreements between parents on who will be the one to attend to the baby who wakes up at the middle of the night. Mothers would usually become grumpy and that leaves the dads to take on the cudgels.
Well just imagine the mom having to go through the pregnancy and delivery stages. Don’t you think it is about time that the fathers get to work and give the moms a break?
