1 Comment Published by Brian Yalung June 9th, 2007 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP Psychology, SLEEP Video, Sleep Myths. Most of us think that the mere sight of a bed is enough for us to lie down and try to go to sleep. People find it hard to sleep when they are on the bed. Chances are they will think of something that they have forgotten to do like work, or something in mind that has been unresolved.
Some may think that these relaxation techniques may be abrupt and a waste of time but if we truly emphasize on sleeping comfortably, then we may try them out before we sum up everything. There is more to sleeping than plain lying down on your bed mattress. We need to psychologically prepare ourselves before the desired respite can be achieved.
