You would think that insomnia would hit only the adults no thanks to their own doing. Some inherit them due to their preference to stay awake and sleep when they feel like it. However it seems that this is not the true case of where insomnia originates.
In fact a 4 year old girl has been discovered to be suffering from insomnia in Britain, often awake by midnight despite a structured bedtime routine.
