A lot of us have trouble sleeping mainly because we have a lot of things in our mind. Work or personal issues are bound to be the bulk of them. While we try to forget them, brain music therapy can be a big help as it soothes the mindset of people, calming their nerves and provides that relaxing state our minds often need.

It is obvious that these days with all the talk about recession and economic downturn has kept most of us thinking on what to do. Sometimes, it all depends on how we make our life and to be able to address the properly, perhaps turning to brain music therapy can help us think and decide better.

Klear starts the brain music therapy program by recording an individual’s brain waves using an electroencephalogram. Key rhythms from the recording are translated by a computerized mathematical formula into musical sounds. The results are often compared to classical music, but each one is individualized.

Sleep Crisis

Read the papers or watch the news, you will see these things as the headlines:

  1. Recession
  2. Rising Prices
  3. War
  4. Economic Downturn
  5. Global Warming

Now if you were the naïve person in the world today, you would not care and simply go your way. All you want to do is to really live your life one day at a time and just try and make do with what you can. Apparently, this is no laughing matter. The world is getting a more hectic place to live in and for sure you will lose a lot of sleep over it.

We all know the value of health as well. We need to sleep and get rest to be able to perform all the things necessary for us to survive. But if we slack a bit, we may lose a lot of things on how we can survive these problems in life. In short, while you have to sleep, who can?

Not included in the list of issues we see today is sleep. Sleep apnea, insomnia and sleep disorders are all growing concerns. They may not be eye-popping issues today but one day they will surely will.

The funny thing is that they may come at a time when all these current events come to be resolved. Now you face a new threat that of which may be aimed towards your health.

Sleep deprivation has been linked with heart disease, obesity, chron ic infections, hypertension, depression . . . and death. It is patently not a good idea to work excessive hours with no sleep, but we are constantly told that, to be an effective, successful and notable individual, this is what we must do. All the evidence suggests that we will make less intelligent judgements without sleep - just as we would if we went for an extended period without, say, food or air - but the pressure is on to prove that we can function anyway.

Bad Dreams of Recession

If most businessmen and entrepreneurs had a choice, this bad dream of recession that may soon be plaguing the world is a nightmare that they would want to sleep on. A crisis is upon the world and apparently many of these traders and businessmen will have sleepless nights ahead.

Most of them will be counting and computing figures for sure. Money lost is something that will drive anyone crazy. So with all these issues in mind, who can afford to sleep? Knowing these people, they would rather stay up and look for other means of investing their money. It is just an issue that some people will not pass.

Falling stock markets are a lot more bearable if you know what to expect.

So let’s study a little history. Back in early 2001, the markets were in a position similar to the one they’re in now, and a whiff of panic was in the air. Headlines in the Canadian business press back then show it was justified in the short term, because the ensuing bear market was long and severe.

The longer-term view from today makes all the fearful recriminations of early 2001 look almost quaint by their datedness. Here’s one for you: “Research In Motion shares plummet,” from Jan. 3, 2001. A couple of days later: “Research In Motion continues to spiral.”
