While most of us rarely recall the facets on why we had initially dreamt or thought of various things in our dreams, they are actually hangovers coming from what we see and think while we are still conscious.
Dreams are believed to be made from what people remember or would want to think. Ideally, people would have no idea on how these came about. But with the proper explanations as brought by this video excerpt, people may have a detailed understanding on how to understand why such dreaming habits were made and where they came from initially.

The Problem with Relaxing is Sleeping
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 27th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Psychology, Sleep Myths.
So we all want to relax at some point. While this is very much attainable, the problem that most of us ask ourselves is do we have the time to sleep to achieve relaxation? Sleeping is the easiest form of describing what relaxation is all about. Unfortunately, there are further restrictions which deprive us of reaching out goals. One of that is which is the need to be awake most of the time in order to fulfill separate tasks, mostly in connection with being able to provide the stuff needed for our dependents, families and of course, ourselves.
With this, we may consider sleeping as a culprit when relaxation is being discussed. It is not entirely about overall relaxing. It is about overall comfort to which sleep brings us to another subconscious dimension where we can find ourselves thinking we are living in another world for a temporary respite. Hopefully when we wake up, the realities of life are still there up and about for us to continue fulfilling.

Momentarily Dead to the World
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 17th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Psychology, Sleep Myths, Sleep Quotes.
We would normally get that feeling of wanting to step back, wanting to be momentarily inexistent from the world to be able to get a break from it all. Some would call it crazy, but for people who have been exhausted and readily maximized their times and effort for various instances, the need for long needed breaks is justified.
Hence the feeling of temporarily being dead to the world for some time may be an overstatement but for people who have gone through a lot, people would surely be in need for recharging their bodies in all aspects needed, both physically and mentally.
Such proclamation would be considered as exaggerated but understandable if people would take note of why such would be done. Some just burn themselves out at times and wanting to step out of the limelight and adhere towards maintaining their sanity, the need to be able to cater towards personal demand for relaxation and regeneration is an obvious needed recourse.

Pillows for the Proper Head Rest
1 Comment Published by Brian Yalung May 16th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Gadgets, SLEEP Psychology.A bed is not complete without the use of pillows to act as supporters for the head, neck, arms and legs of a person. Some would find it hard to sleep without them, and this has been something that has been very curious. Some may attribute it to habits while some would associate them with the search for that comfortable position that they call overall relaxation. Whatever of the two is the reason; people just cannot have a complete bed rest without pillows by their side.
Pillows come in all shapes, sizes and makes. Some prefer hard pillows, while some would love the softer ones. It would all depend on what makes people comfy.
For some, elevating parts of their body such as their arms and legs is a need. This has a therapeutic insignia to it, the blood flow in these parts of which is the important point for consideration. Therapists would usually advise patients about these positions which may become a habit. For others though, such a position has become inherent for them, making it a preferable position outside the usual bed setup they would have in their rooms.
