People find it hard to sleep when they are on the bed. Chances are they will think of something that they have forgotten to do like work, or something in mind that has been unresolved.
Some may think that these relaxation techniques may be abrupt and a waste of time but if we truly emphasize on sleeping comfortably, then we may try them out before we sum up everything.
