A sleep expert has been called upon by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas to shed more light on claims surrounding the bathtub drowning of Sarah Widmer. Finding showed that Sarah Widmer had a seizure although her husband, Ryan Widmer is being charged with intentionally drowning her wife.
