Three days away and many people are trying to complete their shopping list by making last-minute shopping. Some are held up in the malls while others have to wait until they get off form work before they can start shopping. When you shop, you would be lucky if you would finish early. With all these things in mind, you are bound to sacrifice something; sleep. Also, add to the fact that some stores have extended their shopping hours until midnight to allow shoppers to complete their shopping. So with that in mind, you can imagine how much sleep is lost. Anyone would be lucky to get more than 6 hours of sleep for the next couple of days. While it is evident that some people are bound to lose sleep for the next couple of days, they can always normalize it after the holidays. But then again, you can always have a choice of foregoing shopping for now to avoid the cramped malls and stores. But if you do, it is doubtful if you can sleep through it, considering you just will not stop until your Christmas list is completed.
One decision that most shoppers have to make today is to troop to the malls or stay at home and sleep. This is not only a matter of finances but a matter of getting the right gift to your loved ones. For sure, many are wondering what discounted items are in store for them so that they can fulfill their holiday shopping list. Black Friday and the holiday season sales are bound to overflow with tempting deals for items of stores and to avail of them may take up to the late hours to check out and purchase. So add the traffic and the time you consume, expect a long night ahead that can go as far as sacrificing some sleep for the Christmas holidays. Just make sure you don’t make it chronic since it may become a habit you will have to carry and address after the holidays are over.
