Turning off the Light Sources from Gadgets Help You Sleep
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 5th, 2008 in How to sleep better, SLEEP News, Sleep Disorders, Sleep Issues.
Some people leave certain gadgets on and we all know that one small light source will always be visualized and these can be a source of distraction. While this can be a means to know where your gadgets are at, they will not go anywhere. Especially if you are in your room, you are sure to see them before and after you sleep. But the thing to be stressed here is SLEEP!
Regardless of how small that light indicator is, here is a good device to warn you and serve as a finder on where it may be. Just remember, you don’t need them when you sleep. You need to eliminate the light sources so you can be able sleep properly and enjoy them when it is time to get up.
Displayed is a LED-illuminated wireless router. LEDs can be useful indicators of what state a gadget it is in — or where to find it — but they also bug people who’d rather not have lights shining in their faces when they’re trying to sleep or watch movies.

Now they Are Charging for Pillows in Flights?
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 4th, 2008 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Gadgets, SLEEP News, Sleep Issues.
We know that all companies these days are being hit hard by the economic crisis and while it is normal to ask pillows and blankets as a form of privilege for riding in flights, some are now charging an extra $7 for people who may want them on flights.
JetBlue has reportedly partnered with CleanBrands in offering pillows and blankets to passengers but will be charging an extra $7 for them. If you look at it, this approach may not sit well with passengers. Sleeping soundly is one thing but to pay additional to get it on flights is another. It looks like a rip-off for some who would rather use their coat or soft baggage to sleep on and as far as blankets are concerned, jackets will do.
The price to pay for sleeping on flights is really something people can surely do without. And paying additional is certainly something that some passengers may not find as something that will help them sleep soundly.

A Pillow All Moms Must Have
2 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 3rd, 2008 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun.At times, a mother will perhaps want some time out but a husband and especially the kids may not even notice when she would want it. While a mom makes it a point to do all the chores even if she is exhausted, it may come to a point that she will want to sleep without any distractions.
It is in these cases that this door pillow may come in handy. The “Mommy Needs Sleep” door pillow stresses a point without needing to shout or make it clear that she is dead tired. Hanging it outside her bedroom is enough to tell the people in the house to not to disturb her.
A good buy for $5.00 only.

But for some women, the need to address various issues such as maintaining beauty while sleeping at the same time may be a point for consideration. Evaluate the Comfort of Sleep Number Beds through Hotels
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 27th, 2008 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Gadgets, SLEEP News, Sleep Cures.Sleep number beds have so far been tagged as the best way to get sleep. But the problem is that people may not be that willing to buy them just yet unless they get to prove to themselves that they are good for it. With that in mind, how can anyone measure the degree of comfort they can offer?
Well take it from this couple. The long for the quality sleep just like most but they did not buy the Sleep Number Bed initially. Posh hotels such as the Plaza Hotel offer such beds and while it may be a limited stay, it is more than enough to help you in evaluating if it is indeed worth the investment. It is amazing how one button can make the difference in getting quality sleep from a quality bed.

Luckily, a breakthrough mattress on the market this week promises the ultimate personalized sleep experience. And believe me - when it comes to comfort, this bed is king.
Six inches of air chambers make up the heart of the mattress, while a 3-inch top layer of slow-response memory foam cradles your body and soothes pressure points.
Best of all, with the push of a button, a Firmness Control System adjusts the firmness on each side of the bed on a scale of 0 (feather soft) to 100 (firmest of all).
The Sleep Number bed’s price tag is pretty steep (starting at $3,200), but it’s the ultimate personalized sleep experience. The air chamber technology adjusts the firmness on each side of the mattress to meet day-to-day changes in your body.
