I-Sleep for Better Office Naps
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung October 8th, 2008 in SLEEP Gadgets, SLEEP News, Sleep Business.
From prior posts, we have been narrating various news articles on how companies have recognized the value of sleep in employees. While some companies allow nap times, there may be an issue as far as allowing workers to make the most out of their sleeping privileges. Among them include sleeping at the very first second that the time for sleep comes.
Just like some sleep aids, here is something that can help an employee sleep comfortably. The I-Sleep is actually just like a normal pillow that you can place on your work desk where you can slide your head and get the right sleeping position for your head.
Another problem the i-sleep doesn’t address: many bosses don’t understand the concept that a 10-minute nap is not laziness, but in fact aid productivity–though that doesn’t really matter since this is just an idea for a school project and not a real product.

Based on reports, the TransMedia Group aims to kick thing off by a news release on July 21.
“We’re looking for TransMedia to get our product known and into the right hands, so that [consumers] can relate to the product and know the company,” said Paul Mitchell, president and COO of MedGen. “What we’re trying to do is tie the PR end of the business into advertising, prior to our ads running.”

Don’t Mess With your Sleep Drug Prescription

Normally, people are encouraged not to rely too much on sleeping drugs. For drugs like Lunesta and Vanda, there are proper dosages for them to the people who really want results for their sleep disorders. Normally, doctor’s prescriptions are needed to get them and while many want to play wise, it would be best to stick to the prescriptions given.
Also leave some room for errors in dosage. You may be overdoing it and rather than helping yourself get better, you may find yourself not getting any better. Apparently it would be wise to ask your doctor a second time around just for consistency. One digit can make the difference.
Hundreds of thousands of people rely on sleep aids to get them to bed at night. To try and make sure New Yorkers aren’t abusing the drugs, the state put them all on the list of controlled substances a few years back. Normally, that makes it harder to get more than a month’s supply at a time. But here’s The Real Deal on a man who wasn’t having any problems getting a lot more than that.
