Never Blame the Baby!
1 Comment Published by Brian Yalung September 24th, 2007 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, Sleep Issues, Sleep Myths.
The responsibilities involved in having a child and of course making sure that they grow up to be as healthy as possible include that of sacrifice. Unfortunately, this includes having to initially give up some sleep whenever a child wakes up in the middle of the night. Some may not be too inclined, calling it stressful but they should also consider that kids normally have to be monitored and attended to during their infant years.
It is not too much to ask. The joy of having a child is indeed exciting for all. But when it comes to the part of responsibility, for sure sleep will be at the tops of the list of deprived privileges that people once used to have.

We are all susceptible to encounter bad dreams which we know as nightmares at any point when we are sleeping. Some even wake up perspiring and worried that these things may mean something. But in reality, they occur normally at some point with no potential meaning.
At times they result from some experience during the day or are sometimes associated with something we eat. Nightmares have different origins but usually, they do not pertain to anything unless people are highly superstitious about dreams and nightmares and what they may mean.

Sleeping through the Rainy Season
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung August 8th, 2007 in How to sleep better, Sleep Issues, Sleep Myths.
Better sleep can usually be solicited if some areas of satisfaction that people look for are satisfied. Climates and room temperature will always be among these factors and the colder it is, the better for some people. This is not to mention that people who live in the polar ice caps are the ideal place to sleep well. This is more inclined towards temperature derived from changing season such as the transition from warm sunny days towards cold rainy days.
True enough, people find the rainy season as something that would make a person drowsy and lazy. People would rather sleep out the rainy days in their homes if they had a choice since it is hard to get up and carry on the normal duties of their lives.
While it is true that people should get enough sleep, they should also consider not taking too much of it. Too much sleep will produce bulging eye bags and not to mention put professions in peril. People who become lazy because of the weather may want to retreat and consider the risks they are playing around with. Sleep the right way and try to save some disciplinary things in the process.
