While such may not be considered as harmful, some people just have to learn when to sleep and when to turn off their TV sets.

Single Nasal Tube Solutions for Sleep Apnea
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 22nd, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Gadgets, SLEEP News, Sleep Apnea, Sleep Cures, Sleep Wear, Snoring.
The thing with sleep apnea these days is that it congests the nasal airway passages, thereby leading to obstructive breathing and eventual snoring in the process. There are various solutions provided such as the ever so popular CPAP masks to help aid people when they sleep but the matter of comfort has not been properly covered. Some people find it a nuisance to wear masks, taking them out of their comfort zone just to avoid sleep obstruction and get the supposed sleeping respite that people should be readily enjoying.
With this new kind of alternative, a single nasal tube which will deliver warm and humidified air at a high flow rate can improve patient outcomes with the said sleeping disorder. The study was conducted at the John Hopkins University.

Soft Clothes Bring Soft Sleep
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 13th, 2007 in Dreams, How to sleep better, Pajamas, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Video, Sleep Wear, Snoring.Who says babies need to have the thick and soft cushions to be able to sleep well? With the help of fabric softeners and proper laundry on clothes, the search for the soft and comfortable position that infants look for can be gotten even from parents who wear hygiene and well-maintained clothes.
For babies, foams or mattresses are not really the key towards being able to sleep soundly. Sometimes if they get to satisfy that position and overall softness when they lie down, they can openly sleep despite the distractions such as loud snoring, that may hinder their sleep.

Couples Debate over Sleep
2 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 3rd, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Video, Sleep Humor, Sleep Wear. For couples, the issue of sleeping may become something to debate on. Rarely would you see a couple agreeing to sleep at the right time. The wife may want to talk or share some things to discuss before sleeping but the husband does not. It can also be the other way around.
Agreeing to sleep for both parties may be a rarity, but at some point, both will fall into that silent slumber and try to forget arguing on such petty issues.
