Wake Up at the Right Place and Time
1 Comment Published by Brian Yalung June 16th, 2007 in SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Video, Sleep Humor. When it is time to sleep, men who seem to find it hard to be satisfied on the place and time where they would sleep would lose track of time and where they are actually at. Too much sleep or caffeine perhaps? Well maybe, but the thing is, being too cautious may get you into more trouble.
It is believed that sooner or later you will be caught. Ideally, a person will be caught doing some hanky panky once he becomes to lax and careless as we will see.

0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung June 15th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Psychology, SLEEP Video. We all know that the immediate thing that we were told before when we could not sleep was to count sheep. But times have passed and we have to think of something different to count on other than these wooly critters.
Take this teenager for instance. Counting the days to an event he longs for can become a good alternative to sheep counting. Check it out.

Less Sleep Produces Less Intelligent Students
1 Comment Published by Brian Yalung June 14th, 2007 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP Psychology, Sleep Disorders.
The key towards producing talented and creative young minds depends a lot on the amount of rest and sleep that they get at night. We usually see children who would stay up late, either going out or burning their brains which may be something that people would find admirable. However, abusing the brain and depriving it of the proper rest it needs to function properly is something that will truly be a hindrance towards maintaining wise minds of tomorrow.
It is normal to see students, especially the ones who are required to make their project papers or thesis to stay up late. But for some, proper time management over cramming exercises will help minimize the need to stay up late and produced weary eyes and tired bodies. If the body requires a certain number of hours to sleep, the same holds true for the brain. All parts of the human body need the proper respite and pushing our minds and forcing them to function properly is simply something rendering minds totally useless.

No Sleep, No Gasoline
1 Comment Published by Brian Yalung June 14th, 2007 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP Psychology, SLEEP Video, Sleep Disorders, Sleep Myths.
So we feel that sleeping is something we can take for granted. Sleep helps us move and go forth. Similar to cars, a person without sleep will encounter bumpy roads along the way since chances are; they would get dizzy spells and long for a short nap or sleep. A person can only go so much when he lacks sleep. Further, he may underachieve and one day just stumble and fall.
We can only go towards a certain extent, but continuous abuse through foregoing the required amount of sleep that all people would need is a path in the wrong direction. There is a point where people may break down, and lack of energy to carry out things both in mind and body will prove to be costly at some point. Sleep is like gasoline and people just have to deal with it and live life through them.

Sleeping with Your Teddy Bear
6 Comments Published by Brian Yalung June 13th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Gadgets, SLEEP Psychology, SLEEP Video, Sleep Myths. It has been a practice and a belief that the best way to get some sleep is to have a teddy bear you can hug by your side. Teddy bears come in different sizes, shapes and material. Whatever the kind of teddy bear may be by your side, it is getting to sleep that is important.
To this day, even adults have their share of being used to having these stuffed toys by their side to sleep soundly. Apparently, some just use them as a means of security and relaxation altogether.
