Many are wondering how people are able to make it a habit to wear pajamas when they go to sleep. Is it really a tradition or a habit that we have brought with us since our younger years? There are people from different regions that have still followed this standard tradition and chances are, some are wondering how people can religiously follow such a practice considering that climates and the need to change into sleeping attire may be something that adds to usual tasks.
One thing to note about pajamas is that children have inherited this practice from their childhood years. It has been a practice where people would want to be in the most comfortable wardrobe they have when they want to go to sleep.
But for some people, whatever they are wearing or not wearing, it is how they sleep that is important. This is perhaps the most important thing since sleeping is something we all really need.

0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung May 18th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Gadgets, Sleep Disorders, Sleep Myths.
Call it something that kids would have to live with, people have made it a habit to have the lights on when they sleep, a type of fear where most would consider is really psychological in nature. While it may be something funny in the eyes of some, it is a reality that people cannot sleep conveniently when they are in the dark.
For people who may find they sleeping alone, this may not pose to be a problem. But for others who cannot seem to sleep with the lights on, it would be up for debate. This is perhaps one reason why night lights were introduced.
While it may not shed the light that most people would want in their room, the fact remains that people would want to see where they are and what things are around them, all visualized when they open their eyes at any point during their sleeping period.
