While the issue of sleep apnea for victims who have been battling the problem for some time may be remedied more or less through medication and sleeping gadgets, it should not be forgotten that their partners or loved ones may be encountering difficulties in sleeping as well since they have to look after them. Such is a reality and people may either contract the same sleeping problem or a more severe health concern.Hence, observing sleep apnea patients does not end there. It should also include looking after the caretakers who are suffering altogether. From a glance it would all seem like sleep apnea is indeed contagious but I guess this would depend on how people would go about taking care of their loved one suffering from the said sleep disorder.
