Libraries are mainly for studying and reviewing. Some people use it as another place where they can find peace and quiet. However, good peace and quiet may lead towards tempting anyone to fall asleep and find it too comfortable to resist. While sleeping in libraries is a usual image we can see, it is also a fact that some people may tend to snore once they get the rightful slumber.

Don’t look now but there is a new alternative towards the usual CPAP masks. It goes by the name of C-Flex Technology, a new sleep therapy device that is being introduced in the market by Respironics.

A lot of people have made the big switch and with their compiled testimonies, sleep disorder patients suffering from sleep apnea may want to consider trying out this alternative sleeping solution for better results and sleeping experiences.

The thing with sleep apnea these days is that it congests the nasal airway passages, thereby leading to obstructive breathing and eventual snoring in the process. There are various solutions provided such as the ever so popular CPAP masks to help aid people when they sleep but the matter of comfort has not been properly covered. Some people find it a nuisance to wear masks, taking them out of their comfort zone just to avoid sleep obstruction and get the supposed sleeping respite that people should be readily enjoying.

With this new kind of alternative, a single nasal tube which will deliver warm and humidified air at a high flow rate can improve patient outcomes with the said sleeping disorder. The study was conducted at the John Hopkins University.
