Soft Clothes Bring Soft Sleep
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 13th, 2007 in Dreams, How to sleep better, Pajamas, SLEEP Fun, SLEEP Video, Sleep Wear, Snoring.Who says babies need to have the thick and soft cushions to be able to sleep well? With the help of fabric softeners and proper laundry on clothes, the search for the soft and comfortable position that infants look for can be gotten even from parents who wear hygiene and well-maintained clothes.
For babies, foams or mattresses are not really the key towards being able to sleep soundly. Sometimes if they get to satisfy that position and overall softness when they lie down, they can openly sleep despite the distractions such as loud snoring, that may hinder their sleep.

Save Water and Sleep Better
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 12th, 2007 in How to sleep better, SLEEP Video, Sleep Humor, Snoring. When a person wants to finally sleep after a hard day, peace and quiet will always be at the foremost of his mind. Unlikely sounds such as dripping faucets can be irritating and may be a cause for losing sleep or not sleeping at all.
All it takes is a little effort. People may be too lazy to get up or find alternative ways to get their mind of sleeping. But technically, just check out what the noise is, remedy it and go to sleep.
Just look at how Bert and Ernie handle such problems in this classic from Sesame Street.

0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung July 9th, 2007 in SLEEP Psychology, SLEEP Video, Sleep Disorders, Sleep Issues.Just when everyone thought that snoring was only a problem related to health issues, a recent study in Canada showed that it can also affect marital relationships as well. Snoring is known to be an irritant sound that people want to avoid and for married couples, sleeping in the same room and having to live with the noise is simply intolerable.
In fact, some married couples have to sleep in separate rooms at times to live through the snoring problem of their mate. Getting the ideal number of hours of sleep and also trying to be romantic is something that is being deprived as well, posing as a problem that many did not initially foresee.
