Study finds 8 Hours of Sleep Unhealthy

If you were to be asked the number of hours a person should sleep, chances are you would say 6 to 8. And while this seems to be a common number for healthy sleep, a study seems to think otherwise.

This was after researchers reportedly put some people in darkness for 14 hours a day during a month-long period. After some weeks it found that some people were regularly sleeping for 4 hours, staying awake for an hour or two and then going to sleep for another four hours.
