Bedtime Texting is Bad for Sleeping Kids

Kids and teens are definitely the leading people who have been amazed about the power of new technology mobile phone texting included. And while this does act as a sleep depriving stimulant, it could be more than that. In fact a study shows that it could go as far as affecting their mood and cognitive behavior.

Use of these technologies after bedtime was also associated with “high rates of daytime cognitive or mood problems … including ADHD, anxiety, depression, learning difficulties,” according to the report slated for presentation at the CHEST meeting.
