<p>The Sundial Cannon alarm clock which thrives on solar power should be something worth checking out. Barring any bad weather at noon, the lens on the sundial focuses sunlight onto a pan filled with gunpowder, setting off the cannon to mark the time. The concept is quite cool but realistically, we need alarm clocks that wake us up in the morning. Now if this is a noon clock, it may be equivalent to trouble especially if you are an employee.
