Loneliness tied to Fitfull Sleep

Normally, we have all been told that a person with lots of problems will normally gain less sleep. But thanks to a study made by Lianne Kurina of the University of Chicago, her report found at the Sleep Journal may perhaps negate such beliefs. In fact, it seems that loneliness does render fitful sleep based on the study she made from a group of colonies over in South Dakota. Based on her studies, the more that lonelier the students felt, the more fitfully they slept.

Americans Sleeping 2 Hours Less

Sleep deprivation is something obviously hurting people nowadays and it seems that these findings by the National Sleep Foundation may open more eyes than usual. From an average sleeping time of 9 hours, Americans are sleeping just 6.9 hours per night.
